Imaginary play!
I looked up just now to see what Miranda was up to, since she was jabbering away rather animatedly. She had found a remote control that is the same color and roughly the same size and shape as my mobile phone, and she had it up to her face like a phone, talking away to it! She even tips her head a bit to the side, it's amazingly cute. She's walking back and forth talking on the "phone" now. No idea who she's talking to or what she's saying, but she's definitely having a conversation of some sort...
Grumpy girl
Miranda's got a cold and she's really grumpy. She was very restless all night, and today she's not much better. She just wants to sit on my lap and suck her thumb and watch Disney films, poor kid.
She's also learned how to scream. Literally. Very early this morning I got up to relieve my bladder and she didn't like that idea, and she went ballistic. When I came back, she was absolutely shrieking. You would have thought the child was being tortured!
